HOW TO DO THE LOOP ILLUSION
lOOP iLLUSION sCRIPT
GOLD LOOP
{Hold Gold loop up in your hand}
We’ll let this loop represent God. He is pure as gold, untouched by sin or any other imperfection. He is eternal, without beginning or end. He is self-sufficient, unchanging, and everything good to an infinite degree. He is omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient.
tRANSITION
Since He is our Creator, we all need to know Him personally. That is the reason for which we were created. In the beginning,mankind had an intimate relationship with God, but through the disobedience of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, we are separated from God.
GREEN LOOP
{Hold Green loop up in your hand}
This will represent mankind. We live here on earth where green things grow, such as grass and trees. Throughout the history of the human race, we’ve tried to re-connect with God through many futile means. Education, philosophy, hard work, and even religion are just some of the vain attempts by which we fail to save ourselves.
tRANSITION
Because we can’t save ourselves, God has provided the remedy.
rED lOOP
{Hold red loop up in your hand}
This loop stands for the Lord Jesus Christ, who shed His blood on the cross for our sin. Born of a virgin, Jesus lived a perfect life for some thirty-three years. Then, He allowed Himself to be sacrificed on the cross in our stead. He proved His deity by rising again from death and the grave on the third day. Forty days later, He ascended to Heaven to prepare a place for all who will thrust Him as Savior from sin and its penalty of separation from Him in the Lake of Fire.
iNVITATION
The choice is yours. As we humble ourselves before a righteous, but merciful God, we can accept the forgiveness of sin that He freely offers to all who believe. He gave His life blood to secure our salvation, which to us is free for the asking. What is YOUR decision? If you believe that Jesus died for your sin, and in your heart, you trust his shed blood alone for pardon of your sin, you are a child of God through faith! As such, He will be with you from the moment you believe, so you can know Him better forever!
